Is your jewellery pre-assembled?

No, I hand assemble every piece.

Are your plushies New Zealand made?
They sure are! I am a two man team, I illustrator and my Mum does my sewing! 

Can you make a custom print or stocker?
If you have seen an illustration you love and would like to have it as a print or sticker, get in touch as I can print these on demand. Please email: hello@pincinc.co.nz

Do you take commissions?
Not generally, but if you would really like something specific (an illustration or a custom side plushie) get in touch and I will see what we can do! Please email: hello@pincinc.co.nz

Do you offer wholesale on your products?

I don't currently offer this, but I would definitely open to discussing this the opportunity. Please email: hello@pincinc.co.nz for more information.

What currency are your prices in?

All prices are in $NZD.

How do I use a discount code?

When all items have been added to the cart, go to the check scroll down and on the left you will see a box to add a coupon code. Enter the code and press apply coupon.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently no, but if you would like to request a shipping quote to your country please email: hello@pincinc.co.nz
Please Note: Customs Fees may be associated with international orders. We do not control shipping laws and regulations for international shipping, so we cannot guarantee there will not be a fee associated with your package. Please check your countries specific custom laws before ordering if you are unsure.

What are the shipping costs?

We have flat rate shipping prices.
 New Zealand wide is $7 (NZD) for a non rural  address we use Aramex (formerly know as Fastway Couriers) which is 1-3 working days delivery target. For New Zealand Rural addresses this is $10.90 we use CourierPost which is 3-5 working day delivery target.

If I accidentally used the wrong address, what can I do?

If your order was recently placed within 24 hours please e-mail us immediately with your order number. If it has not been shipped we can easily adjust the shipping details. 
If the package has already shipped you must contact the person at the address you shipped it to or wait for it to be returned to us. 
A reshipment charge will be invoiced to you before the package is shipped again to the correct address.
 If the package does not arrive at the incorrect address or does not return to us, we are not responsible for refunding or sending a replacement.

Do you accept returns / exchanges?
If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, you can return it by sending it back to us (excluding earrings unless they arrive broken).
 From receipt of your order you have 14 days for New Zealand orders, or 31 days for all other countries to return items. We can either give you a full refund on the item(s) excluding the return shipping, or exchange them for another style, size or colour that you may prefer.
